Sometimes we feel like swallowing candy and indulging in the sugars for a little while, but that sugar can often lead us to try new places and new AI sites! While Candy.AI is not spanking clean, right out of the oven new, it’s new enough that it brings with it a solid choice when it comes to AI companion choices. There are a few things that matter more than good software, code, and technology in an AI Girlfriend! The visuals of the companions are striking, so we are sure you will adore them just as much as we did, but there is more to be told besides the surface look. So, we went in and played with some characters here and there to see what they are all about, and we have a positive report!

The AI Companion Options

-The Girls: When we visited the site, we were met with the classic AI companion site design, but it was quite tasteful. We explored the three options for lovers, and the first one was, naturally, girls. Girls here all have an animated profile image. It’s not the choppy blob AI Films are known for, but simple and clean gestures. The camera might zoom closer, the girl might smile, or move her head. They were all done in gorgeous, ultra-realistic art, which made us feel like we were looking at a collection of E-girls. Since the modern look (cat ears, blue hair, tech wear) was the norm, they might actually be!

-The Anime: All non-realistic styles can be found here. Fox girls, elves, military personnel, teachers, dominatrixes, and many more anime tropes! As with the ladies, the profile images are all animated, so you get a glimpse of some true jiggle physics while you choose your gal for the night. The flavor text under each girl is quite important for the anime style has a solid chunk of fantasy told through it.

-The Men: The gents are the last choice. Similar to the gals, they are in realistic style, and we saw plenty of eye candy. Sadly, they're not given the partial animation treatment, so their profile images only switch to another appearance. While they lack in some fluff infrastructure, if you love men as much as we do (we love all AI Companions equally), you will feel right at home here! Many of the gents are of the more assertive end, and they will gladly protect you. The flavor text brings their type of “daddy” closer to your imagination, so don’t hesitate to talk to them!

Getting Around The Site

Basic navigation is here, and it’s split between a bunch of tabs. That’s all fine and good, but we needed something to keep track of interactions because scrolling through the massive collection was a slow process. Luckily, we found the tab that keeps track of all convos, so that solved the issue. Aside from that, some nifty tracker bars helped us store AI-generated images and our very own AI companions! You can essentially expect some three or more tabs dedicated to storage, but that’s fine because you will need them. Among these tabs, we also found where the Image Generator was stored. The Discord link is among these tabs, some affiliate links, and the language settings. We kept it to good old English, but hey, nice to see the option open!

The AI Image maker on Candy.AI is not a freeform thing. It is very structured, and you might not be used to it at first. For example, the appearance is based on the existing companions, so the idea is that you will end up with one of them prior to making an image. If you think of them as templates or guidelines, the selection of companion bases makes more sense. For example, we put Lila in a sundress and had her hair tied in a bun. It’s a simple wish, but she’s the kind of girl who flaunts her blue hair with pride and some arrogance. Making her a good girl made us happy! One image costs one token, but don’t worry, because all new members get 100 free tokens to start their journey with!

Creating Our Very Own Companion

Of course, we had to make our AIs! It's the most fun part about an AI site to begin with, so skipping it felt wrong. Fair warning, if you want to make a guy, make sure that your page is turned to the collection before you click on the Create AI option. Candy.AI doesn’t use text descriptions to make your dream companions, so instead, we were tied to prompts. We could set things like hobbies, appearances, clothes, and voice. The most important ones were the occupation, relationship to us, and personality (which is what matters the most). Don’t judge us, but we made a protector firefighter who was our husband! We saw the chance to make something wholesome and we took it! You can easily make other combinations, especially around girls, but we think that wholesome and cute is justice in these cases.

At The End Of Our Journey

We’ve been exploring AI Companion sites for a very long time, so our ability to bond with them has really diminished. This is a curse we bear proudly, as it lets us split our heart equally between all of the wonderful personalities and creations we made along the way. Candy.AI’s gals and guys are very vivid and compelling!

Their detailed AI systems allow them to learn about you and evolve over time. The detailed, but easy AI configuration process allows for some surprisingly deep characters that go beyond just wanting to get into your pants promptly. The selection of premade AI models is huge, and their distinct and animated appearance will catch your eye in a jiffy.
